Support & contact.
One address for every kind of request: info@zerolog.tech. Below you'll find what to write for each topic and tips for a fast reply.
What should I write about?
General and product questions
How it works, features, suggestions, and anything general. Be clear and we'll get back to you quickly.
Privacy and data (KVKK / GDPR)
Requests to access, rectify, or erase your data (right to be forgotten). Including your username or device UUID speeds things up. You can also delete your account from inside the app.
Security disclosure
Found a vulnerability? Report it under a responsible-disclosure principle. Write it up with reproduction steps and without exploiting it.
Account and data deletion
If you can't access your device (lost/stolen phone, etc.), send your deletion request. See our Data Deletion page for the full process.
Partnerships and press
For partnership, interview, and press requests, write in — just add "Press" or "Partnership" to the subject.
Blocking and reporting
You don't need to email us to block or report a user — these are done instantly from inside the app (see below).
What you can resolve instantly in the app
- Block a user: one tap from the chat menu. The chat is wiped from both devices.
- Report: report a user or conversation with categories and track its status.
- Account and data deletion: Settings → Privacy → Delete my account.
- Panic wipe: instantly clear all active chats and in-memory messages.
Tips for a fast reply
- Write a clear subject line (e.g. "KVKK deletion request", "Security vulnerability").
- Where possible, include your username or device UUID (but never share your password/code).
- If reporting a bug, include device model, OS version, and the steps.
- One topic per email — keep things from getting tangled.
