If you want to permanently delete your account and associated data, this page is for you. Free and irreversible under KVKK Article 11, GDPR Article 17, and Google Play / Apple App Store guidelines.
In-app deletion (recommended)
The fastest path is in the app itself. Follow these steps:
- 1Open the Zerolog app.
- 2Settings → Privacy → Delete my account.
- 3Confirm twice. (This step is irreversible.)
- 4Done instantly; active sessions and your local identity are wiped from the device.
Server-side phone verification hash and username record are purged automatically within 24 hours.
Web deletion request
If you no longer have access to the app (phone lost/stolen, device broken), submit a request via the form below. Your request is processed within 30 days; the average is 72 hours.
Data that will be deleted
- Local identity (UUID, username, display name, avatar seed)
- Phone verification hash (temporary)
- Active and historical session records
- Push notification device tokens (FCM / APNs)
- Block list and contact-hash list (if any)
- Corresponding records in backups (within 30 days)
Data we will retain (and why)
- Audit logs for legal compliance (event timestamps only, no personal data)
- Anonymous abuse-protection lists
- Records inside the 30-day backup retention window
